About Me:
I have been working in the education field for the majority of my career. I started my journey my freshman year of college as an After-school Enrichment Teacher for Castleberry ISD, and eventually found myself working for the Technology department, and coaching high school football and baseball for 6 years. I stayed course with continuing my education at Tarleton State University while working full time for the district, and in December 2016 I graduated from Tarleton State University with a BAAS in Business.
With my Business degree, I decided that staying in education was the best opportunity for me to grow professionally. So I chose to alternative certify through Texas Teachers to receive my certification to teach courses that fall under the umbrella of Career and Technology Education. In March of the 2021-2022 school year I finished graduate school and obtained my Master of Education Educational Administration degree.
This school year will be my 7th year, and 12th year overall with my Castleberry ISD family. I look forward to continue my professional growth at CISD.
When not at work I enjoy spending time with my family; my wife Rachel and my daughter Brynn are who I live for. I also enjoy hobbies such as, running the hills of my hometown, gaming, and catching a film at the local movie theatre.
